Ending Chronic Homelessness in Northwest Arkansas

Our Mission

We develop neighborhoods that end chronic homelessness in Northwest Arkansas. Through safe housing, wraparound support services, and intentional community, we walk with neighbors who have faced long-term homelessness as they move from crisis to stability and from isolation to connection.

Our Vision

We see a future where chronic homelessness is not inevitable but solvable. In that future, every person has access to a safe and appropriate home, supportive relationships, and the resources they need to thrive. By creating neighborhoods of belonging, we connect daily care to the larger work of housing justice in our society.

Our Values

Dignity

Everyone has inherent worth, deserving respect, equal treatment, and freedom in their lives.

Accountability

We live up to our commitments and grow from the consequences of our decisions.

Empathy

We listen openly and without judgment to the experiences of others.

Interdependence

We believe people thrive through meaningful relationships, where mutual support creates resilience.

Empowerment

We support each person in exercising their strengths and abilities to reach their goals.

Service

From staff to board to community partners, we see service as a privilege and a calling.
