Our Model for Living Well
Affordable Housing
Residents lease homes either in New Beginnings’ planned neighborhoods or through trusted landlords in the community. Rents are subsidized so no one pays more than 30% of their income, making housing sustainable.
Support that Lasts
Case managers, peer recovery specialists, and life skills coaches help residents stay healthy, manage finances, build daily routines, and stay connected to community.
