Developing Neighborhoods that End Chronic Homelessness
Our Neighborhoods
At New Beginnings, we believe everyone deserves more than a bed for the night. Every neighbor needs a place that offers dignity, stability, and the belonging of community. That’s why we’ve created neighborhoods designed to meet people where they are and walk with them toward long-term stability.
A Neighborhood of Cabins
A Place to Stay
Twenty private cabins provide neighbors with safety and stability after years of uncertainty. Residents have 24/7 access, case management, and the support of a resident-led community council. Here, neighbors can rest, breathe, and begin rebuilding their lives.
A Place to Heal
For unhoused neighbors leaving the hospital with nowhere to recover, four medical respite cabins provide dignified care. With a staff nurse, on-call doctors, and supportive community, residents can heal in safety and strength instead of returning to the streets.
Neighborhoods with Support
A Place to Live
Moving into housing is only the first step. Our supportive housing program helps residents stay housed with ongoing case management, affordable rent, and built-in community. Whether in scattered-site apartments, pocket neighborhoods, or our future Spruce Street Gardens development, residents gain a true place to belong.
